The SignalMinder unit is designed as a plug-in accessory for many Japanese bikes. SignalMinder uses a microprocessor to cancel the turn signals at one of three selectable time outs; 10, 20 or 30 seconds.

You can also make it so that all four of your signal lights also act as running lights and establish a dual-channel system on your bike. With the dual-channel system, when you activate the RIGHT turn signal three times in succession, you get 4-way hazard flash lights.

Connecting the 12 volt supply from the brakes to the SignalMinder, also allows for a brake flash option.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. The DOT kit does not have a daytime running light (parking light) and may require minor trimming on the backside of the fairing. Steel braided lines have a Teflon tube as a core wrapped with a stainless steel wire braided exterior which doesn't allow the brake lines to stretch under pressure like stock rubber lines do.

The benefit is a firmer brake lever with better feel because the energy that was going into stretching the stock lines now goes straight to the brakes.

This street-legal knobby from Pirelli has good stability and cornering precision thanks to the carcass stiffness. The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail / stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination.

Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount, but these are designed for a smaller LED type signal with a mounting stud of just 8mm. If you think this might be a problem, look at the Edge-2 Upgrade Circuit Board as this converts your brake light into a functioning turn signal as well!

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).

Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. Use this installation tool from Cogent to be sure that your Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges are installed correctly. A strong magnet in the end holds the cartridge firmly while you lower it into your fork leg. Then slide the spring over the tool until it holds the DDC down, then gently remove the tool. That simple. Never again question if it is properly seated on the damper rod.
