Privacy Policies

ProCycle

All of our order processing is done on secure servers managed by PlugNPay or PayPal. They use SSL Encryption which protects all information exchanged between you and PlugNPay or PayPal. Your credit card details provided to PlugNPay or PayPal are not accessible to any employee of ProCycle. The only information we receive are your billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and ordered items.

We do not share your information with any outside parties. We will not send unsolicited mail or emails to you. We will only use your phone number or email to contact you concerning your order.

If you wish to have your information removed from our order database please send an email to privacy@procycle.us. Please include your full name, as it appears on previous invoices. Once your information has been removed you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that we can only remove the information that we retain. The payment processor you used will still retain a copy of your information.

PlugNPay

All of our credit card processing is done on secure servers managed by PlugNPay.com. They use 256-bit AES SSL Encryption which protects all information exchanged between you and PlugNPay. You can see PlugNPay's privacy policy here.

PayPal

If you choose to use PayPal your purchase information is subject to both our privacy policy and PayPal's privacy policy. You can see PayPal's privacy policy here.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track which pages you visit, your browser type and version, operating system and version, and the website that referred you here.
