DR650 Big Bore Cylinder Exchange
We have 2 cylinder exchange options.
- Send us your stock cylinder and we send back a cylinder that has the big bore sleeve already installed and ready to assemble. That adds $199 to the kit price.
- We send you a re-sleeved cylinder first and you send your original cylinder back to us later. This adds $199 to the kit price and a $500 core charge. The $500 core charge is refunded when we receive your stock cylinder back. We must receive your original cylinder back within 45 days of purchase.
Exchange cylinders must be in good cosmetic condition. No bent or broken fins, no stripped threaded holes, no scraping or sanding damage to the gasket surfaces.
You must call (541) 688-9543 or send us an email to obtain an RMA Number (so we can keep track of who gets the credit) before shipping us your cylinder. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Any cylinders arriving without an RMA Number may not get credited properly!
