Complete set of spoke wheels for the 2nd generation SV650, custom built to fit your bike!
Our wheels are carefully laced and trued to provide you with a solid, high-quality wheel. We use high quality Excel or Sun rims and Buchanan's stainless steel spokes and heavy-duty nipples. All bearings and seals come pre-installed.
The wheels shown are built with a gold anodized RAD hub, black Sun rims and special heat-treated stainless steel spokes that give them a fantastic multi-colored look.

Intiminators - Ricor Racing Inertia Fork Valves
SV650 All
Patented inertia activated dampening for damper rod front forks. This is the only product on the market that is smart enough to know if the wheel is trying to move or if the chassis is trying to move. Ricor gives you the best of worlds, a more stable chassis and a faster wheel response over bumps. This product will transform the front of your SV650.
The Intiminator sits on top of your stock damper rod forcing the oil through high quality deflected discs found in top of the line shock absorbers. When the front tire hits a bump then the inertia of that bump opens the inertia valve instantly allowing for a faster response.
Installation is easy. Drain the fork oil, remove the spring, drop in the Intiminator, refill with 5W fork oil reinstall the spring and away you go.

Tensioner Tool
Your automatic cam chain tensioner is spring loaded. This can make it difficult to install as it wants to extend before you have it bolted into place. This handy tool will back off the cam chain tensioner mechanism and hold it for you. No more awkward 3-handed contortions are required to get the tensioner installed.
EBC Clutch Kit - SRK Series
Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty cork-based facings for smooth clutch take-up. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch.

Small Fuel Filters - 90 Degree or Straight
The small size and right angle hose barbs make it easier to fit into the small space between your fuel petcock and carburetor. Filter body is only 7/8" diameter. Straight filter is 2" long, 90 degree filter is only 1-5/8" long.

The TFi was designed and developed to provide an affordable solution to increasing the "fun factor" or rideability of your motorcycle. Comes complete with harness for plug and play installation.
TFi is different from other systems on the market in its method of adjustability by dealing directly with the fuel injection signal after it leaves the Factory ECU. Completely Adjustable/Tunable. No computer connection is needed for tuning. Adjustments are simply made with a screwdriver.

Individual Countershaft Sprockets

Choose 14, 15, 16 or 17 tooth countershaft sprockets. Go down in tooth count for faster acceleration. Go up for lower rpm at cruising speed.
Individual Rear Sprockets

We have 44, 45, 46 and 47 tooth rear sprockets available for all years of the SV. Select the sprocket size from the dropdown.
Chain
525 EK brand O-ring chain. Use 108 link chain for a 44 rear tooth sprocket and a 110 link chain for a 45 thru 47 tooth rear sprocket. EK 525 chains come with rivet type master links. Clip type master links are available below.

Progressive Suspension Fork Springs

Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.

For each motorcycle shown Shorai often, but not always, has three battery options. The first is the Standard Recommendation, second is the Race Recommendation and third is the Duration Recommendation. See below for the explanation of each of these recommendations, sample pricing and weight comparisons against the Yuasa YTX12-BS that comes in the newer SV650's.
- The Standard recommendation is the best overall pick for most applications, and has been selected to give strong cranking performance and long life span. For comparison sake, the LFX14A1 is 7.4 lbs. lighter than the lead-acid Yuasa YTX12-BS and is ProCycle priced at $96.95.
- The Race recommendation is for closed-course competition vehicles, and only when every gram of weight counts. Cranking speed and life span may be reduced in this case, depending on the starter current draw for your particular vehicle. Not recommended for daily road use, especially in vehicles which have significant Key-Off current draw. The LFX12A1 is 7.7 lbs. lighter than the YTX12-BS and is ProCycle priced at just $106.95
- The Duration recommendation is for those who want the strongest possible cranking performance and life span, and don’t mind a slight increase in weight and cost compared to the Standard recommendation. Users with extra electrical accessories - like stereo systems used regularly when the vehicle is not running - may also choose the duration suggestion. High/Low H4 HID Light Kit
