Thermostat Bypass
KLR650 '87-'11
Our very own version of the popular thermostat bypass for the KLR. Gives faster warm up and more constant engine temperatures. Eliminates the wildly fluctuating engine temperature gauge. A more controlled constant temperature is easier on your piston and cylinder and may prevent or reduce oil consumption. We use a 180 degree thermostat instead of the stock (too cold) 160 degree unit. Warmer coolant temperature promotes better fuel vaporization and can increase fuel economy.
Our bypass system mounts the new thermostat in a small billet extension housing right where the stock thermostat is now. There is no bulky external housing to hang off the motor. The bypass hose tees in to the lower radiator hose using a length of quality high temperature silicone hose. It all makes for a clean nearly stock looking installation.

Fuel Tank Vent Cap
If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank. This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out. Machined from billet alloy and anodized for good looks.

Small Fuel Filters - 90 Degree or straight
The small size and right angle hose barbs make it easier to fit into the small space between your fuel petcock and carburetor. Filter body is only 7/8" diameter. Straight filter is 2" long, 90 degree filter is only 1 5/8" long.

The Intiminator sits on top of your stock damper rod forcing the oil through high quality deflected discs found in top of the line shock absorbers. When the front tire hits a bump then the inertia of that bump opens the inertia valve instantly allowing for a faster response.
Installation is easy. Drain the fork oil, remove the spring, drop in the Intiminator, refill with 5W fork oil reinstall the spring and away you go.

Folding Bar-End Mirrors
Bar end mounted mirrors moves the mirrors out past your elbows so you can actually see what is behind you. They can be folded inward for trail riding. They can mount with or without hand guards. Mini-Morph Pump
The Mini-Morph is actually a bicycle pump, but is probably the best compact pump we have found for adventure / dual-sport riding. It has a fold-out foot and handle as well as a 4 inch hose so you can set it on the ground to pump! This thing is small enough to stow away in any bag and go totally unnoticed until you need to add air after a flat or just pumping your pressures back up after some serious off-road action.

The Expedition bags are extremely tough and totally waterproof. The Teton bags use the same design in a more economical ballistic nylon fabric. The Tetons are durable, stable, weather resistant and dustproof. Both of these bags were built for adventurous and aggressive riders.

The RotoPax Mounting Kit bolts right up to your Wolfman Side Racks. With the mounting plates in place, you can then attach a RotoPax water or fuel container to your rack and still attach your Expedition or Teton Saddle Bags outside of that. Moose Expedition Saddle Bags
Made of semi-rigid formed 600 denier and foam shell. They have water resistant zippers, internal mesh pockets, nylon straps and the depth is expandable from 6" to 8" deep. They are 17" long by 10" tall.
These bags are supported by over the saddle straps so do not require a rack system. If you happen to have a rack system, they will fit over most racks as well.
