Cam Bore Plug

Valve sizes are increased from the tiny stock 33mm intake & 28mm exhaust to 36mm intake & 32mm exhaust. This is not a radical modification. These bigger valves bring the valve sizes up to what would normally be found on other brands of 650 singles.

Want an amazing increase in throttle response? More power over a much wider range? The Mikuni TM40 does all of that plus runs smoother at lower RPMs and pulls taller gearing with ease.
Our complete kit comes with alloy adapter rings bonded to the carburetor body for a firm reliable fit in the stock air boots. We also include new cables, an extended fuel screw, complete instructions along with a wide range of extra jetting for fine tuning. Knob type choke is included, but the stock cable choke fits perfectly. It even has a vacuum port for the stock fuel petcock.

Stainless Steel Carburetor Screws

Replacement socket head (allen) screws. The factory screws that hold the top cap and float bowl on the stock carburetor are very easily damaged. The originals are usually installed unbelievably tight from the factory. It is common to ruin the stock screws when installing a jet kit or doing any other carburetor maintenance. Sold in a pack of four. Two for the cap and two for the float bowl.
Small Fuel Filters - 90 Degree or straight
The small size and right angle hose barbs make it easier to fit into the small space between your fuel petcock and carburetor. Filter body is only 7/8" diameter. Straight filter is 2" long, 90 degree filter is only 1-5/8" long.

Chain & Sprocket Set: 520 O-Ring Chain Conversion
DR650SE '96-'12Many riders choose to convert over from the stock 525 to a 520 chain. Besides being lighter and less expensive, a 520 O-ring chain is much more common. If you find yourself a long way from home and in need of a chain, most bike shops will have a selection of 520 chains on hand but may not even have a 525 chain in stock. As another benefit, there are many more sprocket size choices in 520. Additional single sprockets are available below. EK 520 chains come with clip type master links while our EK 525 chains include a rivet type mast link. Rivet type links for the 520 are available below.
Individual 520 Sprockets & O-Ring Chains
DR650SE '96-'1213T &17T 520 sprockets use a special 2-hole retainer plate which is included with the purchase of one of these sprockets. 14T sprockets require the 3-hole retainer plate listed below (You MUST purchase this separately!). 15T & 16T sprockets will use your stock retainer plate.
Note about chains: Use 110 link chain for a 42 tooth rear sprocket and a 112 link chain for a 46 tooth sprocket. 520 chains come with clip type master links.

DID VM & VM2 x-ring Chain
Lower friction and longer life. X-rings have twice the sealing ability as compared to o-rings. They do a better job of keeping the lube in the links and the dirt out. DID VM chains have a reputation for being the best chain you can buy for dual sport riding. DID VM chains come with rivet type master links.
Note about chains: Use 110 link chain for a 42 tooth rear sprocket and a 120 link chain for a 46 tooth sprocket. 525 chain only comes in 120L lengths. You will have to cut the 120 link chain to fit.

Cush Drive Rubber Dampers

The DR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub. Excessively work dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier. Sold as a set of 6 rubber dampers.

Ball Bearing Chain Roller
A quality chain roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.
Lock-Nut Style Rear Axle Nut

The 2006 and newer DR650 did away with the cotter pin on the rear axle and uses only a locknut. This is a nice upgrade for older models. You can avoid having to keep new replacement cotter pins on hand every time you adjust your chain.

This is the only product on the market that is smart enough to know if the wheel is trying to move or if the chassis is trying to move. We give you the best of worlds, a more stable chassis and a faster wheel response over bumps. This product will transform the front of your DR650.
The Intiminator sits on top of your stock damper rod forcing the oil through high quality deflected discs found in top of the line shock absorbers. When the front tire hits a bump then the inertia of that bump opens the inertia valve instantly allowing for a faster response.
Installation is easy. Drain the fork oil, remove the spring, drop in the Intiminator, refill with 5W fork oil, reinstall the spring and away you go.

Straight Rate Fork Springs

Ultra-lightweight, for reduced unsprung mass. Straight rate springs will give better control in the rough stuff.
Sold in pairs.
- The .47 springs are 18% stiffer than stock and will be a great choice for most riders
- The .50 springs are 25% stiffer than stock and will be a better choice for heavier riders
- The .55 springs are 44% stiffer than stock and will be a good choice for heavily loaded adventure bikes or very aggressive riders

Pro Circuit T-4 Slip-On Silencer

Body is made from lightweight 6061 T-6 brushed aluminum and the end cap and intake tube are stainless steel. Silencers include wire-meshed spark arrester that can be removed for closed-course racing. Optional end caps allow fine-tuning of power delivery for different types of riding and terrain.
Muffler Joint Gasket

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.
Exhaust Gasket

High Output 250 Watt Stator

A new high output stator for the DR650. 25% more output than the stock unit. Approximately 50 additional watts more than the stock unit. Now you can have enough power to run those driving lights and/or heated riding gear!
Ok, 50 watts might not sound like much but the stock lighting, ignition and battery charging consumes about 140 watts. This only leaves a maximum 60 watts available for additional accessories. Adding another 50 watts will almost double the power available for additional electrical accessories. Don't forget to add a fresh left case gasket (above in the engine section).

High/Low H4 HID Light Kit

We use the 250 taillight that fits perfectly into the pocket of the stock taillight on the DR650 fender. It is smaller, looks great and is out of harms way more than the stock unit. ProCycle teamed up with Saddlemen to bring you a better seat choice for the DR650. Our seats are built on stock seat pans to assure a proper fit. It works with any fuel tank - stock, IMS, Clarke or Safari. The top vinyl is a deep weave pattern to give some airflow between you and the seat. Sides are textured 'gripper' vinyl so you can get a good hold with your knees when necessary.
We designed our seat to be slightly narrower than the Corbin or Sargent to work better in those off-road situations when you have to stand on the pegs. The wider seats push out your knees making standing awkward. Our seat is also flatter up close to the tank to allow easier fore/aft body movement.
Our seats are built on good used seat bases. Naturally these bases will show signs of normal age and wear. We need more seat bases! If you have a spare, we'll buy or trade for it. Click here for details.

Lowered Footpegs

Our own complete footpeg assemblies. 1-3/4" lower than stock. No extra brackets that hang down below the frame. Easier on the knees. Wider platform Yamaha YZ style footpegs are stronger and give you firmer footing. Mount solid to the frame. No more 'droopy' feeling when standing on the stock pegs. Lowering your footpegs makes it easier to stand and less of a reach down to the bars when standing. If you have the SW-Motech centerstand you will need 2 longer bolts (see below).

Valve Stem Fishing Tool
- Used to pull the inner tube valve stem through the valve stem hole on motorcycle rims.
- Tool has three functions: valve stem puller, valve core removal, and tire deflator.
- The threaded end on the flexible cable threads into the valve stem rather than over-the-valve stem making it much easier to pull through the rim hole.
- Tool allows you to easily pull the valve stem into place without fingers getting in the way of the valve stem hole and pull through process.
Fork Tool
DR650 allThe tool the pros use. Keeps the damper rod from turning so you can remove the bottom fork bolt. We use ours all the time when replacing fork seals or installing cartridge emulators. It's a good addition to any tool box as it will fit many other bikes.
